In 1956, Edward J. Dolan founded our company, which consisted of 12 people and performed concrete work on the San Francisco Peninsula. In succeeding years, our company grew in size, customer base, and geographical range under the direction of Ed Dolan and his son Jim. Now more than sixty years later, the current management team at Dolan Concrete Construction oversees a business that employs over 100 individuals in the field and provides a quality, state of the art product to a range of general contractors, including a number of the most prominent construction companies in Northern California. Our mission: To deliver a quality product in a timely manner at a competitive price.

PLACE & FINISH

We have decades of experience in placing and finishing projects ranging from small slabs on grade to 10,000+ CY mat slabs to 40+ story concrete structures. Our typical scope includes: foundations, mat slabs, elevated slabs, vertical concrete, stairs, curbs and pads.

Our capabilities include: multi-family residential, industrial, life science, data center, warehouse and civil structure projects.

SHOTCRETE

We are excited to add Shotcrete services to our offerings. Whether its basement perimeter walls, structural shear walls, retaining walls, civil structures, or site concrete elements, we are ready to help complete your project on time and under budget. As with all of our services, Quality and Safety are top priorities. Our Shotcrete team is capable of providing place & finish only services or a complete turn-key package when needed.

STRUCTURAL CONCRETE

Our team is ready to help you with your next structural concrete project. Our capabilities include: foundations, slabs on grade, retaining walls, underground utility structures, and slabs over metal decking. We can also work with our subcontracting partners to complete smaller cast-in-place structures. Our Preconstruction, Project Management and Operations groups will assist you in all phases of your projects.

SITE CONCRETE

Our Site Concrete crews are able to execute anything from the most complex site concrete elements to high production site projects.

We specialize in architectural concrete, but are able to efficiently complete all types of site concrete including: retaining walls, stairs, curb & gutter and site foundations.
